Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what Intelligena LLC, a California limited liability company does in connection with Hammersmythe Robotics, which is provided free of charge. It applies to the Service and not to any third-party site or service reached through it.

1. Who is responsible

Intelligena LLC, a California limited liability company is the operator of the Service.

2. What we collect

Hammersmythe Robotics does not have user accounts and does not ask you to submit personal information. The only information we receive is what any web server ordinarily receives when a page is requested:

• Server logs — IP address, browser and operating system, the page requested, and the date and time — kept briefly for security and diagnostic purposes and then deleted.
• A strictly-necessary cookie or local-storage entry, if the Service uses one, only to make the site function (for example, to remember a preference within your own browser) and never for advertising, analytics or tracking across sites.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or any third-party tracking technology. Anything you build, write or create using the Service is held in your own browser and is not transmitted to or stored by us; see the Terms of Service for how that content is handled.

3. Who we disclose information to

• Hosting and infrastructure providers, solely to serve the pages that make up the Service, under contract restricting them to that purpose.
• Legal and safety — where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, subpoena or court order, or is necessary to prevent fraud or protect the rights or safety of any person.
• A successor, in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy continuing to apply.

4. Automated processing

The Service does not process personal information using AI or make any automated decision about any individual, because it collects none.

5. How long we keep it

Server logs described in Section 2 are retained briefly for security and diagnostic purposes and then deleted. We keep no other record of your visit.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the Service, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot and do not guarantee absolute security. To report a suspected vulnerability, write to support@hammersmythe.com.

7. Children

The Service does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because it collects none from any user.

8. Where data is processed

We are based in the United States of America and process server logs there. If you use the Service from elsewhere, you understand that information is transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection law may differ from that of your own country.

9. Changes to this Policy

We review this Policy at least every twelve months and update it when our practices change. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page.
